Pray for Us!

     As a monastic community, it is our duty to pray daily for the needs of the Church and the world.  Be assured that we will pray for your needs.  Not only will we pray for you, a special group of people will pray for you on a daily basis as well!  The St. Benedict Prayer Companions are an active ministry of believers who eagerly pray for our intentions and yours as well!!  Whatever your needs may be, let us know.  Our monastic community and the St. Benedict Prayer Companions will pray for you!

Intentions
- For vocations for our monastery and other religious communities
- For the health and well being of our monastic community
- For the peace throughout the world
- For Catholics who have left the practice of their faith
- For Iraq, that it will soon become a stable nation
- For strength, perseverance and courage for all Catholic clergy
- For the safety of the U.S. military chaplains, civilians as well as the troops who are stationed in Iraq and other dangerous areas of the world
- For Carla, that she find the strength to overcome her emotional difficulties and that she find a fitting faith man to spend her life with
- For Carla's family members, that they be restored to health
- For the Spirit's wisdom and strength for Helen and Jason
- For Sara's husband, that he will renew his commitment and persevere in his marriage
- For Sherri's children, that the Holy Spirit will guide them to a healthy life and return to the practice of the Catholic faith
- For the Spirit's guide for Steven as he discerns important issues in his life
- For John, that he will receive the correct medical help that will enable him to live the rest of his life comfortably
- For an end to the religious unrest in India
- For Leigh, that she will not despair in her suffering
- For Ron, that he will be reinstated at his job and that his lawyer will successfully defend his case
- For Carole, that she will be guided by the Holy Spirit to mend a broken relationship
- For Ruth, that the therapy she will recieve will free her from cancer
- For Dana, that she will be protected from the people who have harmed her in the past
- For the grace of a return to faith in Jesus for Sergio
- For the Lord's blessings on Dan and his family and his family, that he will find good employment and that they will have the love and security of a happy family life
- For those who are homeless, that they find adequate housing and the care/training they need to find the means to live a healthy life
- For Jan, that he will find the light that will guide him through the depression he is experiencing
- For Jonocom's daughter, that her physical and emotional recovery from an auto accident will go well and that she have the strength from the Holy Spirit to cope with her dissabilities
- For God's saving grace of the marriages of Margaret's daughters
- For God's blessings on James' friend and her efforts to return to missionary work in a foreign land
- For spiritual strength for John and his wife as he battles through cancer
- For Michael and Jen as they battle negative spiritual forces in her home
- For Jennifer, that she will soon be hired to return to her teaching career
- For Owen, that the Lord will be his consolation through his sufferings
- For our monks in the Phillipines who recently made their simple profession of vows
- For the Lord's watchful eye over Ting's family and friends and that He will guide her to finding a faithful spouse
- For Robin and Will's children, that the Holy Spirit's guidance will see them through the difficult situations that are enduring
- For Juan, that Jesus will reveal to him that value that he has as a child of God
- For Richard, that his treatments for Lymphoma will be successful
- For the Lord's healing and guidance for Paige who is suffering with multiple psychological problems and for the Spirit's comfort for her mother
- For Eric's parents, that the Holy Spirit will guide them to resolve a difficult situation the family is facing
- For Patrick, that his love for the Lord will continue to increase and that he will be blessed with peace of mind
- For Tan, that the Lord will help her aquire all the financial resources to meet her needs and for His watchful protection on her endeavors
- For a successful search for employment for Rinto and that God will bless him in the ministry of healing
- For the Lord's strength in soul and body for Phil
- For Natalya that her post-operation infection will clear up
- For success in Tan's Christian based business venture
- For Eric and his family, that through the power of God's grace they will overcome the problems they are facing
- For TD, that through the forgiveness of others, she will find peace

- For God's blessings on the "40 Days of Life Campaign" (Sept. 22 - Oct. 31) to end abortion
- For Mr. Jones, that he will return to his family and renew his commitment to them

- For Sylvia and all who are suffering with heart problems, that the Lord will bring them healing and renewed strength
